Visit any Lowes store in the United States. On your receipt, you will find a code number that you will need to enter into the survey.
Enter www.lowes.com/survey. On the first screen, you must select either English or Spanish. Then click on the “Next” button.
Enter the survey code found on your purchase receipt.
The 18-digit survey code is at the bottom of your receipt. Enter it in the appropriate box and click the “Next” button. 5.
Begin the customer satisfaction survey. All questions within the online survey must be answered. Please recall your previous experience at the store so that you can provide accurate answers.
Please enter your contact information. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to enter your contact information to participate in the sweepstakes.
Click the “Submit” button.
You will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. Lowe’s will send you five prizes: Each winner will receive a check for $500.

Lowes monthly survey sweepstakes begins on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) & ends on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Survey Limitations

Entrants may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if entries exceed the limit.
Surveys and sweepstakes are not open to participants under 18.
